5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All custom-developed software, designs, and solutions remain the intellectual property of Nova Bit Solutions until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights for deliverables may be transferred to you, excluding our proprietary tools, frameworks, and processes, which remain ours.
• You grant Nova Bit Solutions the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nova Bit Solutions will not be held liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or data arising from use or inability to use our services.
• Damages caused by third-party software or service providers.
• Delays or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, reliability, and high-quality results, our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by giving written notice. If you terminate before project completion, you will be liable for work completed and resources committed up to the termination date.
